Visitors
Q. Why are some adverts coloured blue? A. These adverts are from other companies and so we cannot guarantee the charges
they may make. The reason we have allowed them on the site is to give our visitors more choice. Adverts registered on this site will
always take priority over these ads.
Property Owners
Q. How much does this service cost? A. The site was developed as a hobby and will remain completely free to the
first 500 villas that sign up to it. I may charge at a later stage for new people to register but I would never ask the first people
who supported the site to pay any money. For all ads, I do ask you to link to this site to improve the ratings in Google and help
all the private villa owners.
Q. How do I advertise my villa on this site? A. Select Advertise a villa from the menu on the left. Fill in your details and
you will be sent your login details. You will then be able to log on and add as many villa's as you like simply by filling in the details online.
Q. How long does it take for my villa to appear? A. The villa is instantly added to the database so it is
important for you to double check what you enter.
Technical Support
Q. When I log in I don't see any menu's on the right hand side, where are they? A. You must visit Holiday-Villa-In's main page before going to the login page
as the server needs to start a session to track your additions and changes. If you don't see any menu's log off from the menu on the left hand side,
click on the waves at the top of the page and then go back to the log in page.
Q. I can't create photo's on my advert, what's wrong? A. The main problem is normally that one or more of your picture's are over 40 Kb in size. To check
your pictures, right click them on your computer and select properties, this should then display their size. Try
to resize them to make them smaller but if you still have problems send an e-mail to pictures@holiday-villa-in.co.uk including the pictures and the name of your villa.
