The villa has been built to superb quality, is fully furnished, air conditioned (for cooling and heating), has its own private swimming pool with outside shower, barbecue and terraced area. This villa is beautifully designed over two floors, all three bedrooms have air conditioning, balconies, fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite facility. There is also a separate family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The luxury kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences (including washing machine and dishwasher) and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils & picnic equipment, cold boxes, etc for the beach. The spacious living area has two large sofas (double as comfortable beds). The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 & breakfast bar with seating for additional 2 people, patio doors lead out to the pool area.

The numerous local beaches provide opportunities for water skiing, jet skiing, parascending and lots of other activities. The area is well know for safe, easy diving, making it an ideal choice for anyone wanting to learn to dive.

The villa is situated in a quiet location but is within a few minutes walk to the town centre and beaches.
Larnaca airport is about 30-40 minutes on the motorway from the villa which is very easy to find. You can book car hire prior to departure or on arrival or book a taxi at the airport. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK.
PRICES - Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of weekly cleaning service, welcome pack and air-conditioning. You will be required to pay a 25% (non-refundable) deposit. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £200 security deposit cheque (refundable - subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys)
