Our luxury villa is ideal for a two family holiday and with a sofa bed, it is possible to sleep a maximum of 10 people. We also have a cot which is provided at no additional charge.
The master and second bedroom each have queen beds and spacious en-suite facilities, both have walk-in wardrobes; they also have their own doors onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a bathroom. These bedrooms have built in wardrobes and 3 have TVs.

Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre. There is also Cable TV to all televisions, a DVD player and music system in the lounge and telephone with free local and international calls (excluding mobiles). We have a games room with pool table, table football and darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private heated pool any time and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings…The sun deck and pool is south facing and looks out to tree-lined pasture land, which means you have maximum sun all year round.
